Look-alike Competition inspiration post #8/8

Our final inspiration post for our Look-alike competition! This gruesome photo is part of a controversial shoot by Bob Whitaker. One photo from this session was used as the cover for the Beatles’ Yesterday and Today album released in the US and Canada in 1966. The “butcher cover” caused outrage with disc jockeys and retailers, and soon the album was recalled and a less-offensive image pasted over the original. So if you’re brave enough to recreate this photo for our look-alike comp, you might have to have a rummage around in the freezer. (We will accept plant-based meat alternatives from the veggie portion of fans!) And please note: we’re not saying you should nick your nan’s dentures for the teeth on J, P, & R’s jackets, but she might let you borrow them if you ask really nicely! To enter, post your photo recreation in the comments to our original post (pinned on our page) and remember to tag us in the photo so that we see it! Entries close at 10:00am this Friday so be sure to enter by then. All entries will be put into prize draw, one will be selected at random and that will be our look-alike competition and BB goodie bag winner – it could be you!
